摘要
测定了龟纹瓢虫雌成虫和雄成虫对玉米蚜的功能反应和寻找效应。结果表明,其功能反应均属于Holling型圆盘方程式,寻找效应与自身密度的关系可用Hassell数学模型描述。龟纹瓢虫对玉米蚜具有较强的捕食能力,雌成虫日最大捕食量为87.3头,雄成虫为93.4头。龟纹瓢虫对猎物的寻找效应随自身密度的增大而下降。模拟后的各方程经χ2检验,其理论值与观察值差异不显著。
The experiment results showed that the functional response of predation on Rhopalosiphum maidis by the female and male of Propylaea japonica belonged to the type of Holling Ⅱ.Female adults had a larger attacking rate than male adults.Relationship between amount of aphid preyed by ladybirds and aphid density showed a negative accelerative curve.The daily maximum number of aphid preyed theoretically by the female and male adult ladybirds were 87.3 and 93.4 aphids respectively.The searching efficiency decreased with the increase of predator density.The mutual interference among individual predators and preys could be described by Hassell equation. χ 2 test showed that the theoretical expectation fit the observed values.
