摘要
海水淡化盐度控制器主要由盐度传感器和MCS51单片机系统组成。传感器以两根平行安置的圆柱铜棒作电极,盐度变化导致电阻值的变化,放大后经A/D转换由MCS51单片机系统进行数据采集和数据处理,然后和门槛值比较后,决定系统的控制动作。为了提高测量精度,采用了即时现场温度补偿措施。对于非线性问题,采用二元代数插值参数标定方法,并就提高测量改进方法进行了探讨。
An equipment to measure the salinity in desalingated seawater and control the productiong of fresh-water is composed of MCS-51 single-chip computer system and salinity sensor.In the sensor,two pqrallel columnar cupreous stichs were used as electrodes.The change of salinity leads to the change of resistance between two electrodes.The MCS-51 system gathered and processed data after magnifying and A/D transform,then compares with the door-value of salinity before controlling the action of the equiment.To improve the accuracy of the measurement,the system also measurd the instantaneous locale temperature and removed off its influence on the resistance between two electrodes.For non-linear reason,the method of parameter demarcating by dualistic algebraic interpolation was used in data processing.
