摘要
目的在体外探讨甲硫氨酸脑啡肽(MEK)、亮氨酸脑啡肽(LEK)与缓激肽(BK)的相关性。方法将大鼠牙髓在Hanks液中与不同浓度的BK共同孵化后,测定牙髓组织中及培养液中MEK、LEK的量。结果与对照组相比,牙髓组织中MEK、LEK的量在加入1μmol/L的BK后显著增加,而加入10μmol/L和100μmol/L的BK后无明显变化。从牙髓中释放入培养液的MEK、LEK的量随BK浓度的增加而增加。结论在体外BK对MEK、LEK的产生和释放起调节作用。
Objective To study the possible relationship between Met-enkephalin(MEK), Leu-enkephalin(LEK) and bradykinin(BK) in vitro. Methods The contents of MEK,LEK both in the pulp and in the incubation medium were measured after the pulp of rat and BK different doses were incubated in vitro. Results MEK,LEK contents in the pulp were increased with BK at a concentration of 1μM,but not in higher concentrations,while the release of MEK,LEK from the pulp into the incubation medium was increased dose-dependently with BK. Conclusion BK playes a regulatory role in the production and release of MEK and LEK in vitro.
