摘要
随着电力事业的发展,电力系统设备的可靠运行显得越来越重要。事故处理可以及时发现设备的小故障,并采取相应的措施。设计了水电厂的事故处理模块。该模块利用水电厂监控系统的采集信号,经过分析和判断,可以为运行人员排除故障提供有效的指导原则和建议。事故处理模块采用分散递阶控制,通过将事故判断中复杂的指标进行分散、分层优化,使判断的过程简单化。控制中的协调器采用多种权衡机制实现对判断原则的选择,有效地克服集中控制存在的结构弊病,满足产生判断的实时性和准确性的要求。
A module of accident disposal in waterpower plant was designed. This module can effectively provide suggestions to eliminate the accident by analyzing the signals from the supervising system. This module used a distributed hierarchical structure. So complex indexes were distributed and hierarchically optimized to make the judgment easier. The coordinator adopted multi-balance mechanism to select judging principle. Therefore, it can avoid the problems of the center control scheme and meet the requirements of judging real-time and accuracy.
