Investigation and outlook for novel Field Emission Display(FED)

摘要 场致发射显示器(FieldEmissionDisplay)继承了传统CRT的优良显示性能,是一种具有广阔应用前景的平板显示器件。本文介绍了FED的发展近况,重点是碳纳米管阴极场致发射显示,并对normal-gate、un-der-gate三极结构以及double-gate四极结构等器件结构特点进行了讨论。 As panel display units, FEDs maintain the perfect performance of CRT and will be widely used in the future. Introduces the up-to-date R&D of FEDs, of which the Carbon Nanotubes Field Emission Display (CNT-FED) and the novel structure of Field Emission Display are focused on. Discusses the characteristics and the triodic structures of Normal-gate and Under-gate and tetrodic structure of Double-gate.
