摘要
面对国内的新城建设热,城市政府与学术界都在探讨适合中国的新城发展途径。纵观国外新城的发展历程,其经验在于:如何吸引人口;如何建立自己的产业基础;如何阻止母城的过度发展。
In constructing new towns, the municipal authorities and academic circle are exploring ways for the development of new towns in China. Reviewing the developmental process of foreign new towns, the developing experiences and lessons abroad will benefit us to some extent.
