摘要
伊拉克战争后中国的军事安全与经济安全都受到影响,其中军事安全影响比较突出。但严峻的军事安全形势并没有改变中国经济安全优先的地位,伊拉克战争没有改变时代主题和我国国家安全面临的主要威胁决定中国仍需优先重视经济安全。而军事安全优先在目前形势下有其局限性,国家安全目标的达到不能过分依赖军事安全。但是鉴于伊拉克战争后军事安全因素的上升,我们要进一步加强军事安全,努力做到经济安全与军事安全协调发展。
After Iraqi War, China's security on both military and economy are affected, and the affect on the military security is more obvious. However the serious military situation does not change the position of priority of the economic security which is determined by the theme of the times and our main threat. In the present situation the military security has some restrictions and does not mean the whole national security. In view of the tension of military security after Iraqi War, we should strengthen our military security; try our best to promote the mutual development of military security and economic security.
