摘要
报告２０例产后强直性脊柱炎，结合临床资料及有关文献分析认为，产褥期感染、内分泌变化致腰骶不稳、过早下床劳作致腰骶部损伤等是产后发病的重要原因。造成误诊或漏诊的主要原因是临床对本病缺乏认识、早期诊断标准不明确。治疗上针对本病的病变特点，采用自由基清除剂静滴、牵引整形、中药等系统治疗，标本兼治，可取得满意疗效。
Twenty cases of postpartum ankylosing spondylitis are reported in this paper.Through analysing clinical materials and the literature,the author regarded puerperal infection, lumbosacral instability from endocrinous changges. lumbosacral injury from premature off-bed working.etc as the main causes for the postpartum attack.The main causes for the misdiagnosis included lack of clinial knowledge of the disease and unclear criteria for early diagnosis. According to the pathological characteristics of the disease,the systemic treatment.using intravenous drip of radical scavenge,mechanical traction, traditional Chinese drugs for both the symptoms and causes, and so on,can obtain satisfactory results.
