摘要
采用天王消骨液雾化疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症５０例，以治疗前后的腰痛指数、腰椎Ｘ线片上为力学变化及突出物在ＣＴ扫描上体积加密度的改变等为指标，进行疗效评定。结果显示各项指标治疗前后对比均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．００１）．表明该疗法治疗腰椎间盘出症能在不破坏脊柱稳定性的前提下改变突出物的体积、密度，恢复脊柱腰段的正常生理曲度，从而取得较好的临床疗效。
Fifty cases of lumbar intervertebral disk protrusion were treated by TIANWANG XIAOGU YE (Liquid for Hyperosteoggeny) externally applied and nebulized.The therapeutic effects were evaluated according to lumbago index.mechanical changes on the lumbovertebral X-ray films.CT-scanning changes of the volume and density of hernia before and after treatment. The results showed a significant difference of the various indices before and after treatment (P<0.01 and P<0. 001) .indicating that this therapy could produce good clinical results through changing the volume and density of hernia without destroying the spinal stability and restoring the lumbar spinal physiological curvature to normal.
