摘要
提出了基于移动agent的分布式信息查询的新思路,介绍了其查询系统的体系结构和执行流程,并通过与传统信息查询系统的比较,突出了其网络流量小、支持大规模用户并发访问等优点.
A new idea of applying Mobile agent technology to the realization of the Distributed Information Retrieval Service is proposed in this paper. The system architecture is based on the Aglets development platform and the prototype is implemented in a laboratorial simulation environment. The system has advantages of network traffic saving,offline accessing supporting,easiness of expansibility and ability for massive number of users' simultaneous accessing.
