摘要
本文以股票市场系统风险的基本理论为基础,对我国股权分置的现状进行了分析,论述了股权分置与股票市场系统风险之间的关系,并提出了相应的对策。
Based upon the theory of systematic risk in stock market, this paper analyzes the situation of split stock in our country, expounds the relation between split stock and systematic risk in stock market and puts forward some countermeasures.
