摘要
在前期CO2 实验研究的基础上,完成了闭式循环柴油机氧气配比、开闭式转换和可视化状态监控系统的设计与实现,在实验室中建立了闭式循环柴油机及其监控系统实验台架,并成功实现了柴油机的闭式循环。重点对氧气控制策略进行了实验研究,供氧控制采用反馈、前馈两种方式进行。实验表明,系统运行具有良好的稳态和动态特性。
The laboratory based closed cycle diesel test rig was built based on the previous CO2 experimental research. The paper concentrated on the equipments for oxygen replenishment, real-time monitor, and changeover between open and closed cycle modes. The mixing box for oxygen replenishment was specially designed which contains a spiral passage on the entrance and achieves mixing by turbulence. The volume of the mixing box was changeable for investigating its effect on oxygen control and working cycle. The feedback and feedforward algorism for oxygen control were experimentally researched. The experimental results were presented. Both of the steady state and dynamic characteristics were satisfied.
