一维光子晶体中厚度无序对光传输特性的影响

Influence of Disorder of Dielectric Layer's Thickness on Light Propagation in 1D Photonic Crystals

摘要 研究介质层厚度的非关联无序变化对光波在一维光子晶体中传输特性的影响,采用传输矩阵方法计算透射谱.结果表明:光透射谱与无序程度、频率和介质层数有关,介质层厚度的非关联无序导致光子带隙展宽. The influence of the disorder of dielectric layer's thickness on the light propagation in 1D photonic crystals is investigated. The transmission spectrum is calculated by transfer-matrix method. The result shows that the transmission property is related to the random degree, frequency and the number of dielectric layers, and there exists band-gap extension due to the non-relating disorder of dielectric layer's thickness.
