摘要 目的探讨苯作业对接触工人外周血液的毒性作用。方法测定作业场所空气中苯浓度,观察苯接触组与对照组工人症状与体征、外周血白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(Pt)和淋巴细胞微核率(MN)。结果苯接触组工人具有一定的神经系统症状与出血倾向,外周血WBC、Hb、Pt下降人数分别占9.7%、12.5%和4.2%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。苯接触组微核率2.86‰,明显高于对照组。结论长期从事苯作业可损害神经系统和造血系统,并引起外周血淋巴细胞微核率升高。 Objective To study the toxic effect of benzene on peripheral blood in workers exposed to benzene. Methods Benzene concentrations in workplace air were detected, syndromes and physical signs were observed,and white blood cells (WBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(Pt),micronucleus(MN)were tested in peripheral blood of control and workers exposed to benzene.Results Some nervous system syndromes and bloody tendency were observed in benzene-exposed workers,the rates of WBC,Hb and Pt abnormality were 9.7%?12.5% and 4.2% respectively, compared with the control,and the differences were significant(P<0.01).The ratio of MN was 2.86‰ in benzene-exposed group,which was significantly higher than that in control(P<0.01).Conclusions Benzene exposure could induce impairments of nervous system and blood system,and the increase of MN in lymphocytes of peripheral blood.
