摘要 目的探讨神经导航在脑膜瘤显微手术中的应用。方法应用神经导航系统完成52例脑膜瘤显微手术并对其平均注册误差、术中病灶的精确定位,正常结构的保护及手术疗效进行回顾分析。结果52例平均注册误差为(1.2±0.5)mm,术中病灶定位准确,全切除44例,次全切除6例,大部分切除2例,无手术死亡,术后神经功能保留良好。结论脑膜瘤显微手术治疗应用神经导航技术,可以准确定位和切除病灶,保护神经功能和降低手术并发症的发生。 Objective To evaluate the application of the neuronavigation system i n meningomas surgery. Methods Used the brainLAB VV2 navigationr system in 52 patients with different region of mening omas.The value of this system for mening oma resection was assessed,and the advan tages and cautions for application were discussed. Results Of all cases,the mean registration error was (1.2±0.5)mm.Among 5 2 cases,total removal of tumor was perfo rmed on 44,subtotal removal on 6,and mos t removal on 2.Postoperative neurologica l functions were preserved well with the use of this system.There was no death c ase in our series. Conclusion The neurona vigation system is reliable and accurate in microsurgical treatment for meningom as.It increases radicality in meningoma meningoma resection without increasing the critical functions.
