摘要
针对自动磁粉探伤系统,提出了一种基于DSP的裂纹图像处理识别板卡的总体设计方案,分别对DSP主处理器、A/D转换模块、UART、存储空间扩展以及CPLD逻辑控制进行了方案分析和设计,在进行系统调试的同时给出实验数据,并与PC机的软件进行效率比较.
This paper introduces a designing scheme of identification board for crack image processing, which is based on DSP and applied in automatic magnetic particle inspecting system. Design and analysis of the schemes is conducted on DSP MCU, A/D module, UART, memory saving enlarging and CPLD logic control. The hardware design and debugging are accomplished and experimenting data are collected, while the difference between the effects of DSP and PC software is compared.
