摘要
随着社会的发展与科技进步,我国高等法学教育面临着新的挑战。文章通过对中外高等法学教育模式的比较,分析了我国传统法学教育模式存在的不足,在充分认识法学教育自身所蕴涵的发展规律的基础上,提出了创新高等法学教育模式的具体路径。
<Abstrcat>Along with the societal development and the science advancement, our altitude law education is faced with new challenge. This text analyze the shortages on our traditional education model throng comparing Chinese education model with the foreign model, and put forward the concrete path of creating new altitude law education model in the foundation of knowing the developing rules itself.
