摘要
近年来,随着我国高等教育的迅猛发展和人们法律意识的增强,大学生诉高校的案件日益增多。这些案件所反映出的大学生与高校之间的矛盾,暴露了我国高等学校管理制度和管理秩序还存在着不完善的弊端。高等学校应当依法治校,重构管理秩序,以适应高等教育健康发展的需要。
<Abstrcat>In recent years, along with the fast development of our higher education and the enhancement of the law consciousness, cases of university students suiting high schools increased more and more. The antinomy between university students and high schools reflects in these cases exposed that there still exists imperfect irregularity among the management system and order of our high school. To adapt to the demand of the healthy development of the higher education, high schools should be governed by law and reset the management orders.
