摘要
目的总结尿毒症并发心脏疾病的治疗经验。方法对2002年1月—2003年8月间收治的39例尿毒症并发心脏病患者的治疗情况进行回顾分析。结果39例尿毒症并发心肌缺血、左心室肥大、心包炎、心律失常心脏病共62例次,经过治疗,尿毒症均得以控制,并发的各种心脏病获得较满意改善。结论针对并发的不同心脏病,进行相应治疗的同时合理应用血液净化治疗,是治疗的关键。
Objective To study the treatment of uremia accompanied by cardiac complication. Methods The treatment of the uremia cases accompanied by cardiac complication from January, 2002 to August, 2003 was analysedResults In the 39 cases, 62 times' cardiac complications such as myocardial ischemia, ventricular dilatation, pericarditis, cardiataxia occurred. Uremia and cardiac complications were controled after treatment.Conclusion It is the key way to differentiate and treat every cardiac complication and to utilize hemodiafiltration.
