摘要
农村公共财政体制是我国目前建设农村公共服务体系中的重要内容。文章以农业大省安徽作为农村公共财政问题的研究基础,首先基于公共财政的最终目的角度界定了我国农村公共产品的内涵;其次,从公共财政角度分析了目前我国农村公共品供需状况及原因;再次,在此基础上强调我国农村公共财政体制建设中应注重的若干理论和实践问题;最后,对农村公共财政体制建设提出若干建议。
<Abstrcat>Rural public finance system is the important content of constructing rural public service system.The article takes a big agricultural province of Anhui as positive sample in study of rural public finance system.Based upon the rural public finance,this text defines the rural public goods;then analyzes the status and cause of supply and demand;points out several important theories and practical problem;at last,it puts forward several suggestion on constructing the rural public finance system.
