摘要
介绍了采用热管空气回热器的冷却除湿干燥机的工作原理,并对空气回热的冷却除湿木材干燥机的运行特性进行了分析和探讨,通过分析和试验结果表明采用热管空气回热器的冷却除湿木材干燥机较不采用空气回热的冷却除湿干燥机在相对湿度为80%、温度为40℃时除湿量可以提高24%~26%,且空气的相对湿度越小,采用空气回热的冷却除湿干燥机较不采用空气回热的冷却除湿木材干燥机的除湿量越大,其优越性越明显。
The working principle of cooling dehumidifying dryer using heat-tube air regenerator is introduced and the operating performance of cooling dehumidifying dryer for timber with air regenerator is analyzed and investigated. Analysis and test results show that for the cooling dehumidifying dryer for timber with heat-tube air regenerator, its dehumidification capacity can be increased by 24%~26% under the condition of 80% relative humidity and 40℃ temperature compared to the cooling dehumidifying dryer without air regenerator, yet, the smaller the relative humidity of the air, the bigger the dehumidifying capacity of the cooling dehumidifying dryer with air regenerator compared to the one for timber without air regenerator. Therefore, the cooling dehumidifying dryer with air regenerator has substantial advantages.
