摘要
分析了冷冻机械油在空调压缩机制造过程中的应用条件和实验设备,采用对比实验方法进行了两种冷冻机械油在相同环境下的真空干燥试验,对真空度的影响进行了评价和比较,分析了相同物理性能的冷冻机械油对真空干燥过程中真空度的影响因素。通过验证,指出了工程中关于物理性能相同的油品其真空分离工艺参数相同的结论是错误的。实验结果表明,空调压缩机生产过程中油水真空分离工艺参数必须考虑被分离油品的个异特性。
Experiment devices and application environment of refrigerator oil in air conditioner compressors manufacturing progress are analyzed. By means of comparison, two types of refrigerator oils vacuum drying experiments in same environment were done. The experiment result evaluates and compares affects of vacuum degree, analyzes the factors affecting vacuum degree on the basis of refrigerator oils with the same physically performance. The experiment result indicates that the common sense is wrong that vacuum separation parameters of oils with the same physically performance is constant. And vacuum degree parameters of air conditioner compressors manufacturing depend on the character of refrigerator oil.
