摘要
本文用束波理论分析了开放腔中电磁场的分布，导出平面。球面开放腔内ＴＥＭｐｌｑ模的谐振频率表式，讨论了设计开放腔时必须解决的问题。测试了腔的Ｑ值，所得结果与理论值较接近。
The field dlstributions in open resonators are studied by means of Gaussianbeam-wave theory.The resonant frequency of TEM_(p1g) mode of the open resonator withplanospherical concave mirrors is derived.Several aspects concerning the design of theresonators are diseussed.The measured Q factor is approximately equal to the theoreti-cal calculated value.
