摘要
研究了新型聚合物表面活性剂甲基苯胺树脂对石英矿物的浮选行为与机理;讨论了Ca ̄(2+),Fe ̄(3+)对浮选的影响及其消除;应用溶液化学计算和表面ζ电位测定,阐明了Fe ̄(3+)对石英浮选的抑制作用机理和草酸的去Fe ̄(3+)活化作用机理.
The flotation behaviors and mechanism of fine quartz were investigated using aldehyde-toluidine resin as collector,and the depression of metallic ions such as Ca^(2+), Fe^(3+) ion on thequartz flotation was discussed.A good reactivation for the quartz depressed by ferric ion wasachieved using oxalic acid as regulator.The mechanism of depression and reactivation wasstudied on the basis of solution chemistry calculation and zeta potential determination in theFeCl_3-H_2C_2O_4/quartz system.
