知识和人才,民族素质和创新能力越来越成为综合国力的重要标志,成为推动和制约经济增长和社会发展的关键因素。培养创新人才是大学素质教育的重要使命,是一个兼具国际性和时代性的重大命题。
Knowledge and intellectual as well as national quality and creative ability, more and more become an important symbol for national comprehensive power,and become a key factor to improve curb the economic increase and social development.It is an important task in college quality education and an internatinal and epochally important subject to cultivate creative intellectuals.
