摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗紫癜性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上辨证加用消风散、参苓白术散、参芪地黄汤、真武汤等。结果:治疗组有效率90.7%,对照组66.7%。结论:以活血化瘀、清热解毒为基本治则,辨证选用中药,中西医结合治疗紫癜性肾炎临床疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine for HSPH. Method: The patients in the control group were given routine Western medical treatment while those in the treatment group, besides receiving the routine treatment mentioned above, were given additional treatment, in accordance with differentiation of their syndromes, by administration of Xiaofeng Powder, Shenling Baizhu Powder, Shenqi Dihuang Decoction and Zhen Wu Decoction, etc. Result: The treatment group demonstrated 90.7% of some effect while the control group 66.7%. Conclusion: The combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective for HSPN by indicated medication in the light of syndrome differentiation on the basis of therapeutic principle of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, clearing away heat and eliminating toxic substances.
