摘要
目的:研究植物类中药与所含降压中药药性的比较分析。方法:从《中国药典》所载417种性味、归经记载齐全的植物类中药中选取具有降低血压药理作用的中药101种,对其四气、五味、归经和主要功能与417种中药作药性的比率分析。结果:四气、五味对比无显著性差异,归经有显著性差异。结论:植物类降低血压中药以性辛者多、味苦者多,多归肝胆经,提示可依此类药的化学成分在植物中筛选有效的植化成分、药理活性。
Objective: To study the properties of 101 blood pressure-reducing plants. Methods: 101 Chinese herbal medicines selected were effective in bringing down high blood pressure from 417 recorded in Chinese pharmacopeia and Huang Di's Internal Classic. A comparison was made between 101and 417 Chinese herbs in five flavors, channel tropism and main actions. Result: There is no significant difference in five flavors and four properties, but obvious difference in channel tropism. Conclusion: Most herbes of such kind are characterized by pungent nature and bitter taste, mainly acting on spleen and gallbladder meridians, which suggests that, in accordance with those, we can select effective phytochemical components, pharmacological properties medicines from plants.
