摘要
目的通过颅脑术后的CT扫描,熟悉术后颅脑病损情况及其对预后评估价值。方法回顾性分析150例各种颅脑手术后的CT扫描和临床资料,通过CT表现特征,了解颅脑病损情况,结合临床表现评估其预后。结果颅脑术后CT主要表现为:手术创面、脑水肿与脑肿胀、出血、脑梗死、脑积水、感染、脑疝、肿瘤复发与转移、脑萎缩等。结论颅脑术后CT扫描有助于了解颅脑继发病损情况,及时发现各种并发症,有助于预后判断和指导临床进一步治疗。
Objective To study the cranium following lesions, common complications and its prognosis assessment after the cranium brain operation by CT scaning. Methods By review of CT imaging manifestations and clinical features of 150 cases of various kinds of cranium brain after cranium brain operation, the CT characteristics of various kinds of cranium brain, the following lesion and clinical manifestations were studied to assess its prognosis. Results After the cranium brain operation had the following CT imaging manifestations: the surface of the wound of operation after various kinds of operations, brain edema and swelling, hematencephalon,cerebral infarction,hydrocephalus,brain hernia,tumour recidivat-ion and transfering, etc. Conclusion Cranium brain CT scaning is helpful for studying the cranium brain following lesions and various kinds of complications, thus deviding further clinical treatment and estimating the prognosis.
