钛板坚固内固定修复下颌髁突骨折的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨下颌髁突骨折采用钛板内坚固固定技术的治疗效果和并发症发生的因素。方法对36例髁突骨折采用耳屏前、颌后和下颌进路,应用钛板内固定技术进行骨折复位后的固定,观察术后3个月时张口情况、咬合关系、X线表现。同时发现手术面神经的损伤情况进行评价。结果36例患者张口度及咬合关系均明显改善。X线显示:髁突骨折复位良好。面神经损伤中颞支损伤率为16.7%,下颌缘支的损伤率为8.3%。结论应用钛板坚固内固定技术行下颌髁突骨折的治疗是一种良好有效的方法,根据骨折部位的高低选择不同的手术进路,是手术成功及减少术后并发症的关键。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of anatomic rigid internal fixation for reduction on mandibular condylar and subcondylar fractures. Methods Thrity-six patients were underwent the operation. After 3 months, results were evaluated by joint functions,occlusion,X-ray film and facial nerve situation. Results Patients' situations were apparently improved. Facial nerves of 9 patients were injured.X-ray films showed the good reduction of condylar fractures. Conclusion Anatomic reduction and rigid fixation for condylar fracture is one of the effective methods.Seclecting the corrective incision is very important.
