eNOS mRNA在无排卵型功血患者子宫内膜的表达与意义

摘要 目的观察无排卵型功血患者子宫内膜eNOSmRNA表达情况,探讨eNOS在无排卵型功血发病中的作用。方法RT-PCR技术检测10例正常子宫内膜和36例无排卵型功血患者子宫内膜eNOSmRNA的表达情况。结果人子宫内膜表达eNOSmRNA,无排卵功血患者的单纯增生和复合增生组子宫内膜的eNOSmRNA表达水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论eNOS表达上调可能参与无排卵型功血的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the expression of eNOS mRNA in the endometrium of patients with anovulatory functional bleeding. Methods RT-PCR was used to study the expression of eNOS mRNA in 10 normal endometrium and 36 endometrium of anovulatory functional bleeding. Results eNOS mRNA was expressed in human endometrium. The expression of eNOS mRNA was higher in the endometrium of simple hyperplasia and complex hyperplasis than those in normal endometrium. Conclusion eNOS were involved in pathagenesis of anovualatory functional bleeding.
