液体端羧基丁腈橡胶改性氰酸酯树脂的结构与性能 被引量:7

摘要 采用液体端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)对氰酸酯树脂(CE)进行共混改性。利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等手段表征共混物的结构,测定其力学性能、耐热性等。实验结果表明,液体端羧基丁腈橡胶改性氰酸酯树脂可形成典型的海岛状共混结构;当面均粒径为2~3μm时,增韧效果最佳;当CTBN加入10份时,冲击强度提高150%,最大失重率所对应的温度只下降3.5℃。 Polycyanurate esters (CE) have been modified by liquid CTBN. Their structures and properties were studied with FTIR, SEM and TGA. The results proved that CE/CTBN blends have traditional “sea-island” structure. The impact strength of CE/CTBN blends was the highest when particle diameter is between 2μm and 3μm. The impact strength of CE/CTBN blends could be increased by 150%.
