摘要 在常压,20℃、40℃、60℃下,测定了二乙氧基甲烷—乙醇—丙三醇三元体系的液液平衡数据,得到了三元液液平衡体系的共轭相组成并由此绘得相平衡曲线.实验数据用UNIQUAC和NRTL模型进行关联,分别得到了三元体系的模型参数,并求得了萃取溶剂对溶质的选择性系数.验证了丙三醇是液液萃取分离二乙氧基甲烷—乙醇的良好溶剂,为工业萃取装置设计提供了必要的基础数据. The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of ternary DEM-ethanol-glycerin system have been determined at atmospheric pressure and different temperatures of 20,40 and 60 ℃, the conjugate phase compositions and thereout the contribution curves of this ternary liquid-liquid equilibrium system have been obtained. The experimental data are correlated by using UNIQUAC and NRTL models, and the model parameters of this system have been obtained respectively,and the selectivity coefficients of the extracted solvent to solutes were calculated. Glycerin is validated as a good solvent in extracting DEM-ethanol liquid-liquidly, and thus the necessary basic data has been provided for industry extracting devices.
