摘要
基于螺纹测量三针法"的原理,使用计算机视觉的方式,研制开发了三维自动锥螺纹检测系统本体,利用仿真软件对重点变形部件进行了有限元分析和优化.该系统成本低,易操作,具有推广使用价值.
Based on the “threeball” measurement theory and the i mage process technology,a novel instrument for measuring taper thread is introdu ced.At the same time,the major deformation parts are analyzed and optimized by u sing the finite element theory.With the characteristics of low costs and easy to operated,the whole system is worth to be used widely.
