摘要
通过分析钛合金阳极氧化膜的特点及其厚度变化规律,对比分析了各种氧化膜厚度检测方法的优缺点,指出各种检测方法的适用范围。
The advantages and disadvantages of various testing methods of oxidation film thickness are compared by analyzing its characteristics and thickness change law. The applicabilities of these methods are presented.
