摘要
通过分析影响产品毛坯质量的诸多因素,确认毛坯壁厚差超差是主要的影响因素。介绍了采用校正器进行反挤压工件内孔的方法,挤压模具设计和工作原理。从而达到了提高产品毛坯质量和原材料的利用率,并降低了产品的生产制造成本的目的。
It is confirmed that the excess of semi-finished product wall thickness difference is the main influence factor through the analysis of the factors that affect the semi-finished product quality. This article studies the method using the guidance system to reversely extrude the inner hole of the workpiece and introduces the design and operation principle of the extrusion dies for realizing this kind of process plan so as to increase the raw material utilization rate, improve the semi-finished product quality and reduce the product making cost.
