目的 了解汕头市登革热流行特点和流行因素,探讨预防控制对策。方法 对1999～2 0 0 3年汕头市登革热监测和登革热病例流行病学调查材料进行分析。结果 1999～2 0 0 3年,汕头市共报告登革热178例,疫情涉及6区4 4个街道;病例基本集中在9～11月份,临床表现以典型登革热为主,各年龄人群均可发病。结论 汕头市登革热疫情同周边城市登革热流行程度密切关联,疫情地区分布呈高度集中的特点,人群对登革热普遍易感。自然条件、居民居住条件和生活习惯是疫情流行的相关因素。加强监测力度,密切注视周边城市登革热疫情动态,做好环境整治和防蚊灭蚊工作,是防治登革热的关键。
Objective This analysis was designed to learn about the epidemic characteristics and factors for prevalence of dengue fever (DF) in Shantou in order to discuss and explore prophylactic and control countermeasures. Methods Analysis was conducted in terms of DF monitoring and epidemiological investigation data in Shantou from 1999 to 2003. Results During this period, there was a total of 178 cases of DF reported, involving 44 blocks in 6 districts.It was found that most cases occurred from September to November, with a primary manifestation of typical DF, and population at all ages was subject to this disease. Conclusion The epidemic situation of DF in Shantou closely correlates with its counterparts in coterminous cities and the distribution of epidemic regions is highly congregated, given the vulnerability of populations to DF. Natural condition, resident condition and living habits of citizens are related factors to the prevalence of epidemic. It is crucial to the prevention and cure of DF to strengthen monitoring force, be intimately alert to the dynamic trend of DF in neighboring cities and successively dispatch environmental improvement and anti-mosquito work.
