摘要
采用Lumogallion(荧光镓,2,2’,4-三羟基-5-氯-1,1’-偶氮苯-3-磺酸)作为荧光试剂,以10%和5%三氯醋酸水溶液去血清蛋白,分别以2.5%硫代硫酸钠溶液、0.1%邻菲绕啉溶液消除Cu ̄(2+)及Fe ̄(3+)的干扰,建立了血清铝的检测方法,检测限为0.18μmol/L。该方法操作简便、速度快,适于在缺乏原子吸收/发射光谱仪的条件情况下使用。用此法测得的健康正常人血清铝含量为0.27±0.14μmol/L(x±s),该法还被用于临床慢性肾功能衰竭接受血液透析治疗的患者血清铝含量的测定。
fluorimetric method for the routine determination of alumimum in serum has been developed us-ing lumogallion.The serum was deproteinised with trichloroacetic acid.The interferenee from Cu ̄(2+)and Fe ̄(3+)were eliminated by using thiosulphate and phenanthroline as the masking agents separately.The detection limit was 0.18μmol/L and the calibration graph was linear up to 55.5μmol/L ofaluminium.Using the proposed method, the average concentration of aluminium in the serum of petients under-going heamodialysis was found to be 1.24μmol/L.
