外网等值自动生成系统中地调侧外网估计误差的阻断 被引量:8

摘要 在外网等值自动生成系统中,外网量测不准确会污染内网的估计结果,为阻断外网的估计误差,提出在缓冲网中设置唯支路量测,在地调侧能量管理系统(EMS)中自动设置边界关键量测,以此阻断外网状态估计的估计误差对内网状态估计的影响。采用一步式状态估计方法对此问题进行了理论分析,并对由于网络传输中断而造成的内、外网量测采样时间不一致时,采用一步式状态估计方法的阻断效果作了数值仿真验证,证明效果明显。该方法已经成功应用于深圳地调EMS。 In order to minimize the effect of external network modeling for area control center EMS application,measures are taken to isolate estimation error from external state estimation. Only branch flow measurement is used in buffer system of external network and critical measurements on the boundary are selected automatically and used in EMS of area control center. One,pass state estimation is applied in theoretic analysis and isolation effect test with digital simulation for asynchronous sampling between internal and external networks caused by net communication block. It is proved that the effect is obvious. The proposed method has been successfully applied in Shenzhen dispatching center.
