摘要
分析１５例遗传性球形红细胞增多症患者膜收缩蛋白的变化，其中３例膜收缩蛋白部分缺失；３例膜收缩蛋白四聚体减少；９例既有膜收缩蛋白缺失，还存在四聚体减少。对其中１例患者进行了透射电镜观察。
hanges of erythrocyte spectrin of 15 cases of heredi-tary spherocytosis were studied. It was found that 3 cas-es were deletion of spectrin, 3 decreased in spectrin te-tramer , 9 both the defects.
