摘要
外周血CD_(34)抗原阳性,CD_(33)抗原阴性的细胞,在造血细胞生长因子(HGF)──G-CSF,IL-3和干细胞因子(SCF)的联合作用下,可以在体外维持造血达9周,克隆形成细胞(CFC)大量增加。CFC和有核细胞增殖高峰在液体培养的第6~7周。在液体培养中不加入HGF和单独应用G-CSF的情况下,这类细胞不能在体外增殖。结果表明,HGF的联合应用在维持外周血造血细胞的体外长期生长起主要作用。
nects of hema topoiet ic growth factors onperipheral blood cells were studied in a long term liquidculture system.The combination of G-CSF,IL-3 andstem ceil factor(SCF)was capable of sustaining thesecells to proliferate for up to 9 weeks and the number ofcolony forming cells(CFC ) was increased.The peak ofCFC and cell proliferation was about 6~7weeks.G-CSF alone showed no such effects.
