摘要
目的:探讨重症支气管扩张伴大咯血介入治疗的临床应用价值。方法:对7例重症支气管扩张伴大咯血患者采用支气管动脉造影和血管内栓塞术。结果:7例重症支气管扩张伴大咯血介入栓塞止血成功7例。结论:支气管动脉栓塞术在救治重症支气管扩张伴大咯血是替代保守治疗和外科手术治疗的另一种有效治疗方法。
Objective To investigate clinical application of interventional treatment for serious bronchiectasis and large emptysis. Method 7 cases of serious bronchiectasis and large emptysis were treated with intravascular embolization after bronchus artery angiography hemostasis. Results The success rate was 100%. Conclusion The intravascular emblization is an effective and new method to treat serious bronchiectasis and large emptysis,it may also replaces conventional and surgical treatment.
