摘要
为了进一步提高交替半身照射(HBI)清除体内残留白血病细胞的作用,本研究用大鼠BNML白血病的亲代细胞进行了实验,进一步证实环磷酰胺(CTX)加交替HBI治疗,不仅可不用骨髓移植即能重建造血而且能延长生存时间,部分大鼠获得治愈。同时,还探讨了不同的CTX+交替HBI治疗方案对疗效的影响,证明交替HBI的疗效与化疗预处理的效果、开始照射的时间以及两次照射间隔时间有密切的关系,提出了最佳治疗方案,为该治疗方案用于临床提供了实验依据。
or further enhancing the effect of elimination of mi-nimal residual leukemia by alternative hemi-body irradia-tion(HBI),this study was completed on parent cell lineof BNML model.The results showed that the treatmentof″CTX+alternative HBI″not only could reconstructhemopoiesis without bone marrow transplantation, butalso made the animals survive longer time and some ofthem be cured. Otherwise, the factors of influence ofcurative effects of the different designs of″CTX+alter-native HBI″were investigated.The results showed thatthe curative effects were closely related to the effect ofthe precondition,the time to start irradiation and theinterval between two irradiations.A best design of″CTX+alternative HBI″have been proposed.Thisstudy provides an experimental evidence for using thenew strategy in clinic.
