摘要
文章运用pDCA循环理论,以学生为关注焦点,在教学效果的监视测量上由满意率改为满意度.通过两个学期、五次循环过程,我们的临床教学质量达到满意度目标,我们发现二者相差7~8个百分点,满意度与满意率相比是科学的.
In this paper PDCA (plan do check action) circulation theory is used to investigate our clinical teaching quality. It is believed that the focus of teaching proceedings lies in students. It is the satisfactory degree instead of satisfactory rate that we have enhanced. After two terms and procedures in teaching for five times, our teaching proceeding has reached the standard level of satisfactory degree. It is found that there is 7%——8% differentiation between two scores. The satisfactory degree is more sensitive and scientific than satisfactory rate, and beneficial to improve the quality of clinical teaching proceedings
