摘要
目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)在人脑胶质瘤细胞中的表达及与胶质瘤生物学行为的关系。方法:免疫组织化学SABC方法检测HGF、uPA的表达。结果:8例正常脑组织HGF、uPA表达阴性;62例脑胶质瘤组织中,随病理分级的增加,HGF、uPA表达增加,差别十分显著(P<0.01)。结论:HGF,uPA的表达可能在促进脑胶质瘤的细胞增殖、恶性演变和侵袭过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To examine the expressions of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) in human glioma cells as well as their relationship with the biological behavior of glioma. Methods: An immunohistochemistry method, SABC, was used to measure the expression levels of HGF and uPA. Results: No expression was found in the 8 cases of normal brain tissue. However, the expressions of HGF and uPA in gliomas were parallel to the grades of gliomas. Significant difference was found between low-grade gliomas and high-grade gliomas (P<(0.01).) Conclusion:The HGF and uPA may play an important role in the development and invasion of glioma cells.
