简要阐述了个性化信息服务的涵义及特征,提出了网络时代个性化信息服务的模式,包括个性化信息咨询服务、信息推送服务、呼叫中心服务、课题检索服务、智能代理服务及垂直信息服务。
This paper briefly expounds the connotation and features of i ndividualized information service, puts forward the modes of individualized info rmation service in the network times, which include the individualized informati on consultancy, the calling center service, the intelligent agent service, and t he vertical information service, etc.
