摘要
网络技术的发展改变了图书馆流通工作的服务模式与手段,并对图书馆流通部门的工作提出了新的要求。介绍了新时期高校图书馆流通工作的变化及其对馆员素质的要求,提出了强化内部管理和提高读者服务工作质量等做好流通工作的措施。
The development of the network technology, which changes the service model and means, puts forward some new requirements for the university library's circ ulation work. This paper introduces the variations of university library's circu lation work and its requirements for the librarians' quality, and puts forward s ome measures for doing well the circulating work such as strengthening the inter nal management, and improving the quality of the service for readers, etc.
