摘要
母胎界面存在着辅助T细胞1型/辅助T细胞2型细胞因子的平衡与偏倚,妊娠早期,平衡向辅助T细胞2型偏倚,维持正常妊娠及母胎耐受;妊娠晚期,辅助T细胞1型/辅助T细胞2型平衡偏向辅助T细胞1型,致母胎排斥,启动分娩。胚泡植入时,植入部位高水平的炎性细胞因子是植入成功与否的关键。妊娠期促进及抑制胎盘生长的细胞因子处于一种动态平衡。
There are balance and bias between Th1 and Th2 types of cytokines at materno-foetal interface. In early pregnancy, Th2 type of cytokines are prevailing at the interface, which is beneficial to keeping normal pregnancy and materno-foetal tolerance, while in late pregnancy, the balance between Th1 and Th2 moves to Th1 type of cytokines, which leads to rejection of mother to fetus, and initiate parturition. In implantation of blastocyte, high level of inflammatory cytokines in implanting site is the key to determining whether the implantation is successful or not. During the course of pregnancy, there is a dynamic equilibrium between cytokines that promote and inhibit placental growth respectively.[
