摘要
用外观测量、血管灌注及组织切片方法对胎儿期足部骨骼发育变化及血运分布进行了研究。其结果:双踝轴线角范围80~86°(83.28±12.1°),骨化顺序为趾骨末节、跖骨早,趾骨中、近节次之,跗骨最晚。骨化方式有四种:单方向膜式化骨、“骨领”式化骨、膜入式化骨及骨骺核形式化骨。足部诸骨软骨管出现时间差异较大并与骨化的关系不同。距、跟、舟骨的血运主要来源于跗骨窦、跗骨管动脉等。并探讨了相应的临床意义。
The skeletal development and vascular distribution of the feet of fetus were studied by gross measurement,vascular perfusion and histological observation.Specimens were collected from 150 fetuses(293 feet),68 males and 82 females. The fetal ages ranged from 10 weeks to 36 weeks.The angle binalleolar axis varied in a small range from 80°~ 86° (83. 28°±2. 1°).The distal phalanges and metatarsals ossified earliest,the middle and proximal phalanges somewhat later, and the tarsus last.The ossification of the distal phalanx started at its tip and developed toward only one direction.Ossification of the middle and proximal phalanges as well as the metatarsals began in a zone of bone cells around the cartilaginous shaft and then extended to both ends.The ossification of the talus and the calcaneus were characterized as the second ossifing centre.The other tarsals were not ossified in all specimens.The cartilage canals appeared in all skeletal elements of the feet in fetal period.the earlest in the tarsus,the later in the metatarsal and the last in the phalanges.The blood supply of the talus,calcaneous and navicular bone were observed and the clinical significance was discussed.
