摘要
报道１０７２年１０月至１９８０年１２月所作断肢（指）再植１００例，经平均７．２年随访的结果。根据术后功能恢复情况，认为断肢（指）再植术应有一定适应证。主要为：常温缺血的断肢（指）再植术应有时限；要充分估计软组织损伤情况；估计神经功能恢复的可能性；下肢再植的特殊性；掌指部离断有更宽的适应证；老人的再植术应严格掌握，以及正确的肢（指）保存方法等。
Abstract100 cases of replantation of severed limbsor digits from October 1972 to December 1980were reported.The patients were followed upfor an average of 7.2 years.Basing on the fun-ctional recovery following replantation,itwas eyident that the replantation surgeryshould have its definite indications.It shouldinclude, mainly, the replantation done on thesevered parts under the ambient temperatureshould have a definite time limit,and the degreeof damage done on the soft tissues and the possibility of the functional recovery of thenerve should be fully evaluated.The replantationof the lower limb should be individualized,anda wider indication should be given to replan-tation of severed palms and digits.For elderpat ients, the replantation operation should bestrictly handled.The correct method of preserva-tion of the severed limbs should be adhered.
