摘要
用相转移催化法制备氟乙酸根阴离子的衍生物———氟乙酸五氟苄基酯(2,3,4,5,6_pentafluorobenzylmono_fluoroacetate,PFB-MFA),产物为淡黄色液体,纯度达99%,沸点为222.0~223.5℃,高分辨质谱、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱数据表明产物的化学结构与目标化合物PFB-MFA相符。
pentafluorobenzyl monofluoroacetate(PFB-MFA),a derivative of monofluoroacetate anion,was synthesized by phase transfer catalysis.The product was a light yellowliquid with a purity of more than99%and boiling point of222.0-223.5℃.Spectra obtained with high resolution mass spectrometry,infrared spectrometry,ultraviolet spectrometry,mass spectrometry, 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance,and 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance were consistent with the chemical structure of PFB-MFA.
